The Fitting for The Future event provides formal clothing to both male and female high school students so they can attend their prom, sports banquet, job interview, or other special occasion.
Through donations of new and gently used formal dresses, suits, shoes, jewelry and accessories, HelpOurKids will "outfit" students referred by social workers or other social service agencies. Clothing will be provided to the students at no cost.
HelpOurKids is now actively seeking donations of young men's and ladies formalwear, shoes and accessories for its springtime event in April. Your donation can be dropped off at the base of the main stairs on Thornes first floor.
Specifically, we are looking for:
Men’s belts
Men’s shoes
Cufflinks
Bowties (pre-tied or not)
Men’s tuxedos
Women’s sparkly jewelry
Formal dresses
Women's shoes
